Robert Zaslow
President
Robert Zaslow, President/CEO of Thomaston Mills, a third-generation family-owned business has continued the Zaslow family’s long-standing commitment to American textile manufacturing. He has led Thomaston Mills through turbulent times in the U.S. textile industry when most other American textile manufacturers either shuttered their facilities and sent production offshore, or went out of business entirely. His vision is for the 21st century is for a thriving textile manufacturing industry in the U.S.A. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Tim Voit
International Sales - Worldwide
A veteran of Thomaston Mills with over 30 years at the company, Tim leads our global business development. He holds an MBA from Philadelphia University and serves on the U.S. Department of Commerce’s International Trade Advisory Committee for Textiles. His leadership supports our mission to expand American-made textile excellence around the world.

Sean Michot
Domestic Sales Manager - Western Region
Sean brings more than 30 years of experience in the linen, uniform, and facility services industry. With 20 years in laundry management and 11 years in linen sales, he combines strategic insight with hands-on knowledge. He attended Southeastern Louisiana University and leads our Western U.S. sales efforts.

Tracy Self
Domestic Sales Manager - Midwestern region
Tracy joined Thomaston Mills in 2003 and brings over two decades of experience in the textile industry. She holds a degree in business from Gordon State College and leads our Midwest sales efforts with a strong customer-first mindset and a deep understanding of regional market needs.

Scott Sunday
Domestic Sales Manager - Southeastern Region
With over 32 years in the hospitality linens industry, Scott is a seasoned expert in both sales and laundry management. A graduate of the University of Tulsa, he leads our Southeastern region with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Lou Tempesta
Domestic Sales Manager - Northeastern Region
Lou’s background spans both linen sales and rental services, making him an invaluable asset to our clients in the Northeast. His relationship-driven approach and industry know-how help foster strong, long-term customer partnerships. He is a graduate of Penn State University.
